Our Return Policy

Because every item is 3D printed to order, we keep our return window short but fair. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive in unused, original condition.

What Can Be Returned

Items must be unused and in the same condition they arrived in. If something is not right with your order, we want to know about it and we will work with you to make it right.

What Cannot Be Returned

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. Because these items are made specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on them once production has begun.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will prioritize making it right, whether that is a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
