Our Process

From File to Your Shelf

Every HypedAnubis3D piece starts as a digital model and ends as something you can hold. Here is a look at how that happens.

Step 1: Design

Most of the models we print are created by independent designers in the 3D printing and maker community. We source designs we believe in, ones with strong detail, clean geometry, and a look that fits the HypedAnubis3D aesthetic. Where relevant, designer credits are listed on the product page and on our Designer Credits page.

Step 2: Material Selection

We print exclusively in PLA and PLA-based filaments. Every color and material used in a product is chosen to match the design and hold up over time. For multi-color prints, we use a dual AMS setup that allows for precise color changes across layers without compromising structure.

Step 3: Printing

We run a small fleet of Bambu Lab printers. Every print is monitored and reviewed during production. We do not batch and forget. If something does not meet our standard, it gets pulled and reprinted.

Step 4: Inspection

Before anything is packed, we inspect each piece by hand. We check for layer consistency, color accuracy, structural integrity, and overall finish. Small layer lines are a natural part of FDM printing and give each piece a handmade character, but anything that affects function or looks wrong does not ship.

Step 5: Packing and Shipping

Every order is packed carefully to protect it in transit. We use appropriate padding and secure packaging to make sure your item arrives the way it left our hands. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking included.

Made to Order

Nothing in our shop is sitting in a warehouse. Every item is printed after your order is placed. That is how we keep quality high and waste low. It also means your piece is made fresh, not sitting on a shelf for months before it reaches you.
